How do I unjam a Samsung ML-2010 Mono Laser printer? - mono laser
The document was captured. I opened it and remove the cartridge. I sent all the paper I could see. When I try, now the green light to print and from the rolls, but the paper jammed.
What other options?
The printer is 2 years and 5 months. How long in general?

Laser printers can last 5 to 10 years. I am much older.
It seems you do not get all the jammed paper. You can put a piece of paper on the roll or put in a place away from the road. I use a flashlight and a pair of pliers to remove what I can.
BTW: Static electricity and dry paper to be inserted onto the printer paper. If the paper did not (the wrapper) Seca and is more likely to jam. Her house is "dry"?
