How much trouble can I get in for driving a moped w/o a license? - china moped
regard this as a regular scooter moped, but it has a 150cc engine and more than 50 kilometers per hour, I live in Georgia and I have a license, title, tags or insurance. I ordered the parts from China and put it together myself and I am about 100 miles away at a friend

Not sure what is the law, but here in California, if you go caught, how it is treated as if they arrange a vehicle.
No matter how fast it is.
everything has a motor that can be used as a motor vehicle.
